  1. Ram leh hmanrua neih tur te - 2 acres of land with classrooms, simulators, training vehicles and workshops.
  2. Funding Model -  Up to 85% Central capital assistance, capped at Rs. 2.50 crore. Additional grant of Rs. 1.50 crore for   ATS.
  3. Dil thei chin - Any STUs, NGO, Private Party, Agencies etc.
