NOTIFICATION

In continuation to this Department's Notification No.B.13011/4/2022-TRP Dt. 09.10.2024 and in the interest of public service, the competent authority is pleased to grant an extension of the grace period by another six (6) months with effect from 7th September, 2025, for the fitment of Vehicle Location Tracking Devices and Emergency Buttons in all passenger carrying vehicles mentioned under Rule 125 (H) of the Central Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989, registered in Mizoram which were manufactured before 1t January, 2019 except two wheelers and three wheelers.
