On 12th Sept, 2024, The Director of Transport, Mr. Er.R. Lalrammawia attended as Chief Guest on National Workshop at NIT Mizoram, where the workshop was titled "Integrating Artificial Intelligence and FinTech Solutions in Transportation and Healthcare" in the presence of Dr. Lalhruaizela, Asst. Professor, Dept. of CSE, NIT Mizoram, Dr. H. Lalhmingsanga, Dean (Planning & Development) and Director i/c of NIT Mizoram, Prof Ajoy Kumar Khan, Dept. of Computer Engineering, Mizoram University and Dr. Sandeep Kumar Dash, Asst. Professor, Department of CSE, NIT Mizoram.  The Director was accompanied by Mr. Benjamin Vanlalhmangaiha Sailo, Assistant Director (IT) where a presentation was given on the different sections of Transport Department works like MST, Sarathi & Vahan, IRAD, e-Challan and VLTDS &EAS.
