It is the duty of all Government servants to safeguard the security of al information and classified papers to wich they have access in the course of their official duties. All Administrative Departments and Heads of Departments should inform all Government servants under their administrative control to follow the provisions of Rule 11 of CCS(Conduct) Rules, 1964.
